An in-product user feedback instrument is one way of collecting feedback. In this case study, we will discuss how the design team selected the instrument of feedback, what led to developing the instrument in-house and eventually how they visualised the feedback data using Microsoft Power BI to be able to understand the stories hidden in the feedback the users provided.
